Intense, deep red to purple.

BOUQUET

Concentrated fruits of plum, cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry combine with subtle hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, shortbread, dark chocolate, violets, and almond meal.

PALATE

A full flavoured palate of plums, dark cherries, blackberries, and
milk chocolate overlay roasted nuts, liquorice and lively acid that help give the wine focus across the mid palate. The wine finishes with great balance and elegance, framed with structural as well as chewy tannins that frame the back palate giving great texture and length.

On the palate, this wine delivers everything the aromas promise and more. Vibrant spicy red fruits fill the front of the palate while the richer, plusher and darker fruit flavours make the middle palate full bodied and satisfying. The velvety and seamless tannins complete and, in some ways, define this wine –its length, texture, elegance and finesse come together bringing balance and completeness to the overall experience.

Rich and vibrant fruit driven front palate are jam-packed with plums, mulberries and black cherries. The mid palate is full of strawberries and cream with hints of dark chocolate.Fruit richness and luscious mid-palate is the hallmark of this wine style, with sympathetic and balanced oak completing the traditional Shiraz flavour and structural profile. The youthful grape tannins provide a firm tannin texture and length that will soften and integrate with age.

The Old Vine Grenache parcel delivers perfumed lift and
juicy red berry fruits, with theOld Vine Shiraz parcel adding blackcurrant and straw berries on the mid palate. The old
vine tannins provide the wine elegance and structure with
the Mourvèdre tying the palate together with tannin volume and earthy texture.

PALATE

Raspberry, cherry, plum and black currant, overlay coffee, chocolate, roasted nuts and brown spice. Well integrated tannins provide structure a cross the length of the palate and give the wine a focus that persists long after the wine has left the mouth.

A medium bodied, balanced and multi layered wine that is superb with food.

Rich dark fruits of plum, blackberry and cherry over black forest cake, cream, and chocolate, create a luscious mid palate, framed with elegant tannins that extend through

the finish. The careful blending of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc combine
to provide layers of rich fruit, elegant tannins and a fresh leafy lift, complexities we seek when producing this wine.

A powerful wine that is rich and soft in texture with a silky palate thatoozes raspberries and black cherries at the front, and a rocky road midpalate, completed with a balanced explosion of spicy vanillin oak, gingerbread and roasted almonds. The finish is refreshingly clean with crispacid and a firm, tacky tannin length.
