ORDERING + DELIVERY

To ensure we can continue to provide efficient and reliable delivery services, minimum order values apply based on delivery location.

Minimum order value:
‍Metropolitan areas: $350 per invoice  (including all taxes)
Regional areas: $450 per invoice  (excluding Far North Queensland)
Orders placed below the applicable minimum order value will incur a $15 delivery handling fee.

Split case fees:
Orders containing products not purchased in full cases may incur a split case fee. A $15 fee per split case applies to products with a LUC below $30.00. Please speak with your Area Manager if you require assistance with meeting minimum order requirements or planning your deliveries.

Standard delivery windows are between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Customers should ensure someone is available during this time to receive their delivery or provide suitable delivery instructions. Timed deliveries are available upon request. Please discuss your requirements with your Area Manager, who can assist in arranging the best delivery option for your needs. Additional charges may apply for specific timed delivery requirements or late pick-up orders. Deliveries to residential addresses do not incur an additional charge. A signature may not always be required upon delivery. Delivery instructions, including any authority-to-leave requirements, will be followed based on the details provided in your credit application. Please ensure these details are kept up to date to help us deliver your order safely and efficiently. Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival and notify your Area Manager or our Customer Service team of any discrepancies, damages, or updates to your ongoing delivery requirements. We will accommodate additional ad hoc delivery instructions where possible.
