Husband of one, father of two and responsible for On Premise Business in Sydney and some regional NSW.I have a Diploma in Hospitality and over 20 years’ experience in restaurants and Hotels before moving to Wine sales just before the Sydney Olympics.I have done over 10 vintages at wineries in Australia and New Zealand as I feel its important to have ‘walked the dirt’ and it’s a wonderful way to bring the wineries to my customers.In previous lives I have worked in banking and made surfboards before the wine bug truly bit!I love to surf, ski and play golf as well as reach into the cellar and pull out a special bottle and share with friends.
