Rod Parker

Rod is responsible for our on Premise Business in Sydney and regional NSW. He has a Diploma in Hospitality and over 20 years’ experience in restaurants and hotels. Rod has completed over 10 vintages at wineries in Australia and New Zealand. In previous lives, Rod has worked in banking and made surfboards before the wine bug truly took over! He loves to surf, ski, play golf and every now and then reach into the cellar to pull out a special bottle to share with friends.
