An extremely engaging nose, thatdisplays all the classical Sauvignon Blanc varietal markers with purity and focus.The pallet follows on with distinct tropical fruit flavours, and intensely woundpassionfruit. Slate light acidity adds a nervous tension to the wine, balancedbeautifully against the fuller weighted mouthfeel. Pronounced varietal notes of honeysuckle, stone fruit and pear lead into a slightly richer, creamier mouthfeel that's perfectly balanced by a focused acid backbone. The wine finishes with a slight talc textural element, leading into a long refreshing finish.
