BOUQUET Lifted citrus fruits and granny smith apple aromas on the nose.
PALATE The palate is crisp and refreshing with a fine persistent mousse and well-balanced acid.
VINTAGE CONDITIONS Sunraysia regions have a climate well suited for growing vines, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allows ripe fruit flavours and sugars to develop. In 2023 we had mild days, cool nights, and solid rain fall. This led to average ripening conditions resulting in bright ripe fruit.

PALATE Abundant citrus and stone fruits with hints of buttery brioche and lemon meringue highlight a complex, textural, and flavoursome palate. A delicate refreshing wine with a fine mousse and well-balanced acid.
