Nose: Fresh and crisp with aromas of strawberries.
Palate: Nice minerality and a touch muscle weight that balances the strawberry and orange zest notes. Its weight and smacking acidity are perfect for picnic fare, like cured meats or barbecued ribs.
NOSE :Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, pepper, and blackcurrant.
TASTING NOTES :Attractive mouth with a fruited palate. A comforting every day wine perfect for roast, barbecue and sharing with friends.
NOSE : Very expressive with some notes smoky, meaty, and dark fruit(black currant; blackberry).
TASTING NOTES :Inky purple on the glass. La Touge has full-bodied richness, beautifully integrated acidity, ripe tannin and no hard edges. It is fresh and vibrant.
NOSE :A bouquet of aromas already complex with some notes of sautéed black cherries, black currants, liquorice, pepper and cured meats.
TASTING NOTES : Les Planels have a deep purple colour. Rich, full-bodied, yet elegant and seamless, with an awesome texture. With integrated acidity and a beautiful elegance about it that keeps you coming back to the glass.
This delicate and fruity white is a real pleasure. It opens with floral aromas that lead into yellow stone fruit and a hint of vanilla. On the palate this wine is beautifully balanced with crunchy green apple and fresh apricots. It has an intense and lingering finish, a very fresh and fruity wine.

In 1999, La Livinière (meaning “place planted with vines”), located in the heart of the Minervois between Toulouse and Montpellier, became the first vineyard to receive recognition in the Languedoc region. Château Maris covers 45 hectares of land, divided into a multitude of plots on the hillside above La Livinière. It received Ecocert certification in 2002, then Biodyvin in 2004 and Demeter in 2008.
The terroir, with a very gentle slope and sun-drenched south-facing orientation, is made up of a mixture of schist, sandstone, quartz, marble and limestone that has been present for more than 50 million years.
