The Domaine Jacques Cacheux et Fils is located in Vosne Romanee. Patrice Cacheux is the fourth generation of winegrowers in the family. The vines are spread over 7 hectares, producing 11 cuvees with appellations such as Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru, Echezeaux Grand Cru,Vosne-Romanée, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru, including the famous Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Croix Rameau

The Family own 7 hectares in some of the most prestigious plots in all of Vosne Romanee including Echezeaux GC, LesSuchot 1er & several village lieux-ditssuch as Les Chalandins & Les Ormes which are from the Northern Side of Vosne towards Flagey- Echezeaux &Aux Reas & Les Raviolles which are at the Southern end of the village toward Nuit-St – Georges. The family are also the custodians of a very rare vineyard LaCroix Rameau 1er Cru which is a mere .6 of a hectare located on the corner of the famous Grand Cru Romanee- Saint Vivant. They share ownership of this plot with Domaine Lamarche and Coudray Bizot. The number of bottles produced are sadly minuscule. In the winery all the grapes are 100%de- stemmed & ferments have a week of cold maceration before fermentation begins with all natural yeasts. 100% New oak is used for the Grand Cru &Premier Cru cuvees with no fining or filtration used for any wines.The wine of Domaine Jacques Cacheux are brimming with flavour and intensity and this current release from 2015 &2014 are some of the finest wines we have seen from this quiet champion of Vosne Romanee.
