Narelle Clark has over 20 years sales experience in the beverage industry, from account to team management, and is passionate about Wine & the Independent Channel, both On & Off Premise. Narelle has qualifications in Business & Wine from UTS, Roseworthy & WSET and has worked for a number of leading organisations in the industry, including Fosters, TWE and McWilliam’s. Outside of work, Narelle enjoys feeding family & friends, travelling & skiing. Her favourite wines in the portfolio at the moment are Domain de Chatillon Jacquere, Saint & Scholar Soap Box Pinot Noir & Yarra Yering Light Dry Red.
Salvatore joins the Pure Wine Co team after 6 years as a State Sales Manager, 3 years as a National Account Manager, followed by 3 years in Business Planning for Delegat Australia. Salvatore holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and has also achieved his WSET Diploma. He brings extensive experience and skills in people leadership, customer relationships and to use Salvatore’s words “his wine geekery” to the Pure Wine Co team. A personal portfolio favourite for Salvatore is the Yarra Yering Pinot.
Jasmine has recently joined the Pure Wine Co team after four and a half years at Delegat in a key account role working with independent retail, on premise and acquiring new business opportunities. Jasmine brings to the PWC team strong skills in building high quality relationships and developing key customer plans. Jasmine holds an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and is currently studying a Bachelor in Marketing and Communications. Jasmine is currently working her way through taste testing the entire portfolio, but at present Sherrah and Longview are Jasmine’s favourites.
Tim Hampton has been in the wine & hospitality industry for over 25 years. Tim hails from a family of publicans and retail wine store owners. He moved to Sunny Queensland in 2011 to establish Pure Fine Wines for the shareholders of Kaesler & Yarra Yering and to activate the market for both the on and off premise. From 2000 to 2010 he was the buyer and manager of the family’s fine wine retail store which become known as a leading destination for fine wines. During this period he was a board member of IBA NSW and he completed vintages at Curly Flat in the Macedon ranges in 2008. Tim holds the WSET Advanced Level 3 in Wines & Spirits. His favourite wine in the portfolio is Kaesler Alte Reben Shiraz & Chateau Maris La Touge. Tim's hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, running, swimming and playing tennis.
Alan Kammouni joins the Pure Wine Co team from Thomas Foods and is the National Business Manager. Alan brings to the role vast sales experience from over 10 years managing national customers in both a liquor and FMCG space. He possesses the skills and knowledge to drive the continual growth of a diverse portfolio. He also has a proven track record of developing new business and motivating a team to consistently exceeds targets. Alan's favourite wine from the portfolio is Yarra Yering Pinot.
Matt has been in the industry for the past 13 years, having previously worked for Scotchmans Hill, Morambro Creek, The Wine Fix and Single Vineyard Sellers. Matt's favourite product in the portfolio usually depend on which side of the bed he gets out on, but he has a great love for the Yarra Yering Carrodus Viognier. In Matt's spare time he loves working on his huge marine aquarium and spending time with his wife and son.
Rod is responsible for our on Premise Business in Sydney and regional NSW. He has a Diploma in Hospitality and over 20 years’ experience in restaurants and hotels. Rod has completed over 10 vintages at wineries in Australia and New Zealand. In previous lives, Rod has worked in banking and made surfboards before the wine bug truly took over! He loves to surf, ski, play golf and every now and then reach into the cellar to pull out a special bottle to share with friends.
Having grown up in Adelaide originally, Agnes completed her Bachelor of Wine Marketing in 2004 and shortly thereafter worked for Austwine in their export team. In 2006, Agnes had the opportunity to move to Beijing where she worked for ASC Fines Wines in Sales and Marketing until Adelaide came calling back in 2008 which is when Agnes worked as a Sales Representative for Negociants. In 2012, Agnes made the move to Melbourne and worked in a sales capacity for Alepat Taylor and Nelson Wine Co prior to starting at Pure Wine Co. in 2020. Outside of work, Agnes enjoy travelling, cooking, spending time with family and friends and a cheeky glass of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay or Sangiovese.
Dean has worked in the hospitality industry for 32 years and in that time, has worked in retail for two of the most iconic South Australian independent groups. After 12 years in retail, Dean moved to a role at Southcorp wines and from there worked across three large companies in many different roles and territories. Dean has represented Iconic South Australian brands like Penfolds, Wynns, Hardys and Seppelts. Over the last three years after working with some large companies, Dean joined Pure Wine Co. Dean's role is working with key independent groups and on premise, with a key focus on supporting their business needs with our portfolio and long-term trading relationships. Outside of wine, it’s about family and soccer for Dean. He has a key interest in soccer from Coaching to just watching his boys play. Dean's favourite wine within the portfolio is Yarra Yering Pinot.
David Biggs has over 30 years wines sales industry experience and has worked with many of Australia's leading wine company’s. He brought this industry knowledge to Pure Wine Co in 2016 and has successfully built a solid foundation for current and future growth in SA. He not only brings a passion for wine (Kaesler and Grenache are favourites) but he also enjoys time with the (8) grandkids and loves to play vinyl and collect guitars.
Jo has worked in and around the sales and hospitality industry since leaving school. Her early days started out working in nightclubs before moving to Mt Buller and the Whitsunday Islands, before a change of scenery with 5 years in Brunei working for the royal family both on land and on sea. A return to Australia saw Jo move into the wine industry and with now close to 20 years in the industry Jo has been fortunate to be able to represent many iconic Australian and International brands. Jo loves to travel with some her favourite spots including London, Barcelona and Ravello. On the wine side, Jo loves Italian wines and has a long and fruitful friendship with Champagne.
