Tim Hampton has been in the wine & hospitality industry for over 25 years hails  from a family of publicans and retail wine store owners.He moved to Sunny Queensland in 2011 to establish Pure Fine Wines for the shareholders of Kaesler & Yarra Yering & activate the market for both the on & off premise.  From 2000 to 2010 he was the buyer and manager of the family’s fine wine retail store which become known as a leading destination for fine wines , during this period he was a board member of IBA NSW & completed vintages at Curly Flat in the Macedon ranges in 2008 & 2009.Tim was educated at the Illawarra Grammar School & holds an Assoc Diploma in Business from UTS Sydney & also attended the University of Memphis on a Tennis Scholarship in 1995  ,  he also hold the WSET Advanced Level 3 in Wines & Spirits. My favourite wine in the portfolio would be Kaesler Alte Reben Shiraz & Chateau Maris La Touge ( Imports ) Hobbies include Surfing , Snowboarding , Running , Swimming & playing tennis

Husband of one, father of two and responsible for On Premise Business in Sydney and some regional NSW.I have a Diploma in Hospitality and over 20 years’ experience in restaurants and Hotels before moving to Wine sales just before the Sydney Olympics.I have done over 10 vintages at wineries in Australia and New Zealand as I feel its important to have ‘walked the dirt’ and it’s a wonderful way to bring the wineries to my customers.In previous lives I have worked in banking and made surfboards before the wine bug truly bit!I love to surf, ski and play golf as well as reach into the cellar and pull out a special bottle and share with friends.

Will got his first taste for the wine industry while working for the Soho House Group in England and training under Master Sommelier, Vincent Gasnier. After a six month working holiday in the French Alps he joined Avery’s Wine Merchants in private client sales during the Bordeaux 2009 En Primeur season. An interest in new world wines brought him to NZ and a position in national distribution, before hopping the ditch to Australia in 2015 and representing Villa Maria as NSW market manager. After some industry consolidation within a year Will was representing Villa Maria, Champagne Bollinger and Henschke across the Sydney market. Joining Pure Wine Co in Sep 2020, Will is excited to be representing a diverse portfolio of iconic Australian producers and an amazing selection of European domaines across the independent retail sector.

Having grown up in Adelaide, I completed my Bachelor of Wine Marketing in 2004 and shortly thereafter worked for Austwine in their export team. In 2006 I had the opportunity to move to Beijing where I worked for ASC Fines Wines in Sales and Marketing until Adelaide came calling back in 2008 and I started a my role as Sales Representative for Negociants. I made the decision to move to Melbourne in 2012 and have worked in a sales capacity for Alepat Taylor and Nelson Wine Co prior to starting at Pure Wine Co in 2020. Outside of work I enjoy travel, cooking, time with family and friends and the cheeky glass of Pinot Noir or Chardonnay or Sangiovese.

After starting in hospitality in 2000 and working in various roles for 10, I discovered a passion for all things wine and food. I was lucky enough to get an opportunity to work in wine sales with Ballast Stone and Currency Creek Wines where I quickly honed my sales and marketing skills and went on to join Fine Wine Partners in 2012. After spending 5 years with Fine Wine Partners I gained experience managing Key Accounts within SA and partnering with a broad range of On and Off premise venues. Since joining Pure Wine Co in 2018 I have focussed on partnering with all customers and evolving my role which includes driving and leading state based Key Accounts, ALM and the Northern Territory. My main hobbies include all things outdoors, Coffee roasting, Tennis and family time. I’m never one to have a favourite wine and especially with such a great portfolio, however the Yarra Yering Dry Red No 2 is always stunning.

I have been blessed to work in the hospitality industry for 32 years , in that time I have worked in retail for two of the most iconic South Australian independent groups with one of them still trading strongly , with fine wine. After 12 years in retail , I was excited to accept a role at Southcorp wines and from there I have worked across three large companies in many different roles and territories. More importantly, I have represented Iconic South Australian brands like Penfolds,Wynns,Hardys and Seppelts. Over the last three years after working with some large companies, I have joined the Pure Wine Company a small independent family business which has been refreshing to work closely with wine makers and our principal suppliers. My role is working with key independent groups and on premise , with a key focus on supporting their business needs with our portfolio and long-term trading relationships. Outside of wine, it’s about family and a key interest in soccer from Coaching to just watching my boys play , oh and golf when I can. Favourite wine is a tuff one , we are blessed with Family-owned wine from Australia and beyond , this vintage I would have to say Yarra Yering Pinot.

I have worked in and around the sales and hospitality industry since leaving school. My early days started out working in nightclubs before moving to Mt Buller and the Whitsunday Islands, before a change of scenery with 5 years in Brunei working for the royal family both on land and on sea. A return to Australia saw me move into the wine industry and with now close to 20 years in the industry have been fortunate to be able to represent many iconic Australian and International brands. I love to travel with favourite spots including London and Barcelona and Ravello, desperate to visit Piedmont. On the wine side, I love Italian wines, and have a long a fruitful friendship with Champagne.
