Bel Colle is a benchmark producer from the historical comune of Verduno in Barolo. They farm 10 hectares with sustainable viticulture and eschew the use of any synthetic treatments, with the vineyards worked by hand & only organic preparations used. They are the proud custodians of some of the finest vineyards in the area including Monvigliero which is considered the Grand Cru of Verduno. Bel Colle also are famous for producing Pelaverga which is a vibrant, light on its feet red that is a specialty of Verduno that is rare and delicious!

Founded in 1846 Champagne Devaux is the leading producer from the exciting Côte Des Bar region in Champagnes south. The House is owned by leading growers of the Region after the last member of the Devaux family handed control to the group in 1987 with assurances that the growers would strive for the highest standards & continue the legacy of the House.Pinot Noir is King in the Côte Des Bar & hence this variety is prominent in many of the Cuvées and what Devaux refer toas the backbone of the House. The D collection is the principle range & showcases the dedication of the House to long ageing before release with a minimum of 5 years for the NV range & 10 years for the Vintage Cuvée. Chef de Cave Michel Parisot has overseen 25 vintages & has an intimate understanding of the region which has seen Champagne Devaux featured on some of the finest wine lists in the World.

Château La Nerthe is one of the most historic estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a history dating back to1560.Considered one of the finest producers in the region , the estate has plantings of all thirteen permitted varietals for the appellation & the average vine age is over 40 years old. The Estate has been certified organic since 1998 and the vineyard holdings are located in some of the finest terroirs of Châteauneuf including the plateau of La Crau which is known for the distinctive galets stones that surround the vines. All fruit is hand picked and all wines are made exclusively from estate grown fruit , the Les Cassanges wines are made from estate vineyards that are 15km North of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and offer tremendous value from this prestigious property.

Robert Eden is a true champion of the earth and from that, his boldly crafted wines. A pioneer in the Languedoc, Robert doesn’t just implement some outstanding viticulture, he is sustainable, carbon neutral, certified BD and has a winery made from hemp. There is an admiration for his environment and the fruit it yields. Maris are champions of the Languedoc’s first cru ‘La Liviniere’ and are described by Wine Spectator as “The biodynamic apostles of the Languedoc”.

Chateau de Meursault has a history which dates back to the 11th Century & the property is considere done of the most significant in the Côte d’Or. A total of 60 hectares of vineyard are owned by the Domaine in some of the finest terroirs of the region including Pommard & Volnay, whilst in Meursault the property is blessed with being the largest holder of ‘Charmes ‘ 1er Cru & several monopoles including ‘ Clos deChateau ‘. The 16th Century limestone cellars are some of the largest in Burgundy & each year the property hosts the Paulée de Meursault which celebrates the end of harvest for the region. In 2012 the property was purchased by Olivier Halley & he has made several significant investments including appointing Stéphane Follin-Arbelet as General Manager who has previously run Bouchard Pére & Fils & William Fevrein Chablis.They have invested in sustainable vineyard practices and state of the art optical sorting machine which ensures only the finest fruit is used in each cuvee. This historic property is now producing some icons of Meursault that ensures the next chapter of this regal property in great hands.

The house of Etter has been producing exquisite Eau -de-vie spirits since 1870 from the heart of Switzerland. The fruit is sourced from farms around the area of Zug and only the finest cherries are selected, and it takes 9 kg of cherries to make one 700ml bottle of Etter Zuger kirsch! The fruit is fermented & distilled at the house of Etter and the brandies are aged for minimum 24 months before release. Listed as 'Outstanding' in the sixth edition of Langtons Classification Guide Kaesler vineyards were established in 1893 by Silesian immigrants - the hard work and dedication of these pioneers paved the way for the current owners – who after a world wide search settled on this site to produce the best possible grapes for red wine. All wines bearing the Kaesler name are estate grown and made.

The Lloyd Brothers, David and Matthew are third generation South Australian vignerons. Their grandfather started planting vines and making wine in McLaren Vale in the 1960’s. David and Matthew now have their individual vineyards in the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Almost three decades on, Head Winemaker, Gwyn Olsen is making consistently great wines, drawing on these vineyards situated in the Hunter and Orange in NSW to prized patches of soil in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully in South Australia. The Hunter Valley represents us but the roots of the tree spread through all four regions.

Pete’s Pure is meant to be consumed fresh and young – drinkability and simplicity. But the real star here is sunshine; hailing from Euston in New South Wales, from an area known for volume, the clear skies and red earth produce clean, bright flavours. This abundance of sun makes growing grapesstress-free. Picked early with minimal winemaking artefact to keep things crisp, these wines are relaxed, clean and charming.

The Domaine Prieure Roch was established by one of Burgundy’s most notable names, Mr Henri Roch who was also Co – director and owner of Domaine de la Romanee- Conti. With a holding of 14 hectares in some of Burgundy’s most famous plots including Grand Cru Clos de Beze & Clos Vougeot and two monopole plots including the Premier Cru Clos de Corvee in Nuit St Georges, the estate is blessed with some of the regions finest terroirs. Prieure Roch has been farming with organic viticulture since its inception and in the winery all yeasts are natural with 100% whole bunch fermentation for all the red wines & there is no fining or filtering. These choices give what Yannick Champ feels are the purest expression of the terroir without any manipulation and lets the wine speak in its true voice.

Saint and Scholar is a labour of love for Winemakers Stephen Dew and Reid Bosward, the eponymous saint and scholar of the label. Unlike the more traditional Barossa roots of Kaesler, Saint and Scholar is a young and fresh offering centered on 49ha of vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Under Dew’s and Head Viticulturist Nigel van der Zande’s direction, in just a couple of years the label has undergone major expansion and now includes 10 varietals. This vintage sees a new premium reserve release and a sparkling. Saint and Scholar has opened a large cellar door retail outlet at iconic Adelaide Hills venue Maximilian’s.

Many years ago, Jason and Bill met in the vine rows of world-renowned Pinot Noir producer; Bass Phillip. Spending time amongst the grapes they learned that they held common ideals for quality wine, hard work and a good laugh. Over lunches and wine tasting a bond grew and in 2008 Save Our Souls was born. The first release was at the time a ground-breaking savoury and crisp Rosé for those long hot Australian summers, still the OG. Over the next 10 years or so Save Our Soul's little family has grown and expanded to include a savoury and textured Chardonnay, an affordable Pinot Noir that well tastes like Pinot Noir, an easy drinking Sangiovese which tastes great with or without food, a lively and juicy Sagrantino for a bit of fun. The team at Save Our Soul's don’t want accolades or shining medals, they just wanted to make delicious wines that punch above their weight, are inclusive and most importantly are sociable; to be shared with friends at a favourite bar top, to have at home with hump day dinner, take with confidence to a dinner party or in the park with the gang on a sunny Sunday – wines for every day in every way.

Silent way is a plot of earth 550 meters above sea level in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Purchased in 2007 by Matt Harrop and Tamara Grischy with their three children, Jai, Ivy and Sofia. Love and friendship nurtured this plot into a home and a small vineyard.The wines produced are in small quantities, express the soils they are grown in and are styles we love to drink. Why the name Silent Way? One of our favourite albums; In a Silent way was recorded by Miles Davis in February 1969. Stonehorse by Kaesler is a true reflection of regional diversity and blending creativity. The Tommasi family have been producing wine in the famed Valpolicella region for over 100 years. From humble beginnings the family are now one of the best known producers in the area and have over 200 hectares of Estate owned vineyards in the region. Warramate Wines is a small, independently owned vineyard in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. It was established in 1970 on a spectacular north-facing slope overlooking the central Yarra Valley.

In 1973 Dr Bailey Carrodus released the first commercial vintage of wine from the Yarra Valley since 1923.The wines reflect this highly individual man, the site he chose so carefully and the vagaries of the seasons in which they are produced.
